Saliva rosminus is a pungent aromatic evergreen. Originally from the Mediterranean and is a member of the mint family. Rosemary is well known in the culinary arts as a significant spice and as a favored ingredient in local beverages recipes such as Maubi in the Virgin Islands where it was used along with the Maubi bark to treat a pulmonary outbreak in the past.
It's also a great source of anti-oxidants!!!
